En el capitalismo, las empresas producen mercancías para el mercado. En la época actual, primera cuarta parte del siglo XXI, las mercancías han asumido las más variadas formas que van desde los objetos físicos hasta los más sofisticados servicios profesionales; dentro de los objetos físicos se encuentran los satisfactores tradicionales como los alimentos, el vestuario y los calzados; pero al lado de estos, están las monedas nacionales que se han convertido en mercancía y al lado de las monedas nacionales, están las monedas virtuales que también se han convertido en mercancía.

Por su parte, dentro de los servicios están los tradicionales servicios de limpieza que se han convertido en mercancía; al lado de estos están los servicios profesionales que también se han convertido en mercancía. Sin embargo, el cuerpo humano en general y sus órganos en particular, también han adquirido la categoría de mercancía. En su acepción más general, la mercancía es aquel bien que satisface una necesidad social y que se adquiere en el mercado. Por eso, los capitalistas producen mercancías para el mercado. Y en el mercado se realiza la compra-venta de tales mercancías.

Quien tiene la necesidad social compra la mercancía para satisfacer su necesidad. Quien es poseedor de la mercancía la vende al comprador. Pero la mercancía tiene un precio de producción y un precio de mercado que no necesariamente coinciden. El precio de producción está dado por el costo de producción más la ganancia media. Y aquí es donde entra la transferencia de plusvalía que estaba haciendo el Estado Mexicano a los grandes capitales nacionales y extranjeros.

La cloaca se destapa con la Reforma Eléctrica aprobada por el Congreso de la Unión y un juez que, en 24 horas de aprobada, la suspende. AMLO explica que, con la Reforma Energética, una empresa que produjera energía “limpia”, se hacía acreedora a un subsidio y, por lo tanto, compraban la energía más barata que los consumidores populares o que los negocios de los microempresarios o tienditas de la esquina, llegando el caso, incluso, que el dueño de la tienda de la esquina paga más por la energía que un OXXO.

Con los subsidios a los capitalistas, los costos de producción disminuyen porque el Estado Mexicano los absorbe, esto es, los paga bajo la forma de subsidio. De esta manera aumenta la ganancia del capitalista. Sin embargo, esto no sucede con todos los capitalistas. Solo los grandes capitales nacionales y extranjeros que pueden invertir en plantas productoras de energías limpias, son lo que se hacen acreedores a la transferencia de plusvalía bajo la forma de subsidio al precio de los energéticos en general, y al precio de la electricidad en lo particular.

Sin embargo, en el caso de la Reforma Eléctrica que suspende los subsidios a las empresas del gran capital nacional y extranjero, estos se amparan ante un juez que en menos de 24 horas emite una suspensión provisional de la Ley que había sido aprobada por el Congreso de la Unión después de varias discusiones.

Es seguro que este juez es un corrupto y que, como éste, seguramente habrá más jueces corruptos en el Poder Judicial, por lo que la 4T necesariamente tendrá que legislar para acabar con las corruptelas de dicho Poder. En este sentido, es pertinente que se obtengan las tres cuartas partes de diputados federales en los próximos comicios del 6 de junio.

Los grandes capitalistas nacionales y extranjeros ya se están organizándose a través de las cámaras empresariales de Canadá, Estados Unidos y México para llevar al T-MEC esta discusión y lograr que, desde el exterior, impongan la anulación de cualquier Ley del Estado Mexicano que los prive de los beneficios de los subsidios gubernamentales. Se está frente a la violación de la Soberanía Nacional, por lo que se demanda una gran Unidad Nacional entorno al Gobierno del presidente López Obrador. En fin.
